Although we take great care while uploading our product images but please bear in mind that, saree is a highly subjective item, one can not know about the fabrics of a saree through a picture and also there may be a slight difference in the color as the process of photography involves a lot of transitions and changes. Users are advised to use their discretion while buying. We recommend you to buy one saree first to check the color & quality before placing the bulk order and this one saree buying will be at your risk, we do not have any return policy for it. FOR BULK BUYER: IT IS ADVISED YOU BUY ONE SAREE FIRST AND ENSURE THE QUALITY AND EVERYTHING, COZ STRICTLY WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RETURN OR REPLACEMENT POLICY.

Return Policy for Stitched Garments: We are here to help you out for an Uniform Solution for your organization, we strictly do not have any return or replacement policy for any of our stitched garment, plz buy on your own risk, thank you.
1. You have 07 calendar days to return an item from receipt of the product and returns are applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged goods, manufacturing defect or incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
2. Please send us an image of the product to ascertain the reason for return.
3. Please make sure that the item is unused, unwashed, with price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused.
4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
5. You will be required to self-ship the item.
Once we receive the item and it undergoes satisfactory completion of required quality checks, the fresh replacement will sent out to you, and in case of unavailability of replacement piece, we will make a refund of complete amount plus the shipping charges incurred by you will be transferred to your account.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. Depending on the mode of payment you used, banks and payment gateways usually take between 7 to 10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
